I’ve always wanted to breakaway from the stereotypical graduation shoot with fake books as the backdrop. In my personal opinion, it seems something that is pretty much dated back to the 80’s.

That opportunity came when a friend of mine asked if I could help her shoot for her graduation. Needless to say, I hopped on the bandwagon without hesitation and loved the outcome 😉

Just love those brief moments like these. Priceless and will not repeat itself again. Joanne did warn that her dad is quite camera shy and may not smile in pictures.

Cheeky brother, also a camera shy lad.

But in this family shot, her dad did smile for the picture! It was her first time seeing her dad ever smile for a photo. Amazed how simple moments like these that are usually overlooked by many can impact one person in a unique way.

Don’t you love film colors? Fujifilm Pro 400H. Love those color tones!
